Booking Information
| • | Bookings taken up to 18 months in advance for all social and corporate celebrations whether private lunch or supper parties, weddings or anniversaries, garden parties or company promotions. For larger gatherings we provide professional amplification. |
| • | Contact Mary by completing a website Enquiry Form or by telephone with details of your date, venue and approximate timings to receive a quotation. A 50% deposit secures your confirmed booking; balance payable one month before the event. |
| • | For a wedding, please indicate if the harp is to be played during the Ceremony, Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast or only for a part of the wedding. Piano music can also be provided for part of your function if the venue has a grand piano. |
| • | Mary plays music in great style to suit the occasion, from Courtly 13th century Dances, Baroque, Classical and Romantic works to Folk music, Beatles, Garfunkel etc and music from popular Shows and Films. |
| • | Mary arrives one hour in advance, to set up and tune the harp. She generally requests a coffee on arrival, and a sandwich later on if she is to play for more than 2 hours. Please indicate if there may be difficulties accessing the venue. |
